BELOR requires personal data which can be collected in the ways described below.
BELOR collects personal data about:
(a) persons who register to receive BELOR newsletters or give their consent to receive our communications by e-mail. Upon registration, the following data are collected: first name and surname; company (institution); e-mail address; telephone number; official duties; language (country); and relevant fields of activity. By registering, you give your consent to BELOR for collection and processing of personal data provided by you so that BELOR could send your subscribed news, publications and information about events;
(b) website visitors (see paragraph COOKIES);
(c) social network users who contact BELOR in any way through the BELOR accounts on social networks or participate in them by their active actions (see paragraph SOCIAL NETWORKS);

We use collected data:
(a) for marketing purposes, on the basis of your consent: to send you e-mail letters containing news, publications and information about events, to provide content tailored to your needs on social networks, and to remember relevant information;
(b) to improve the functioning of our website so that you could easily find what you are looking for;

In such event you should submit an application and, having received it, we will verify the provided information and take necessary actions. It is very important to us that your personal data held by us are accurate;
(c) to apply to BELOR with a request to delete personal data or suspend the actions of processing such personal data, to disagree that your personal data are processed where these data are processed or are intended to be processed for the purposes specified above or for the purpose of the legitimate interest sought by BELOR or the third party to which your personal data are provided;
